Things are good, but still cold here in TOKYO.
Thank you for all the replies and advice on HISASHI's birthday's present.
Finally I decided to get him a nice suitcase.Very practical.
I don't know if he liked it or not.
I geuss if I see him carrying it on our next tour it means he does.
These last few days I've been having a lot of meetings with people in the biz.
The ideas we've been throwing around are pretty exciting.
Personally, I feel very excited about the road ahead.
There are so many changes taking place these days.
Now you can find your music just about anywhere:in the record store,i-tunes ([LET ME BE]Live ver.on iTunes Store but only in Japan),
even on ringtones!
I would imagine that a lot of young litsners now get thier music from thier cell phone providers.
Seven million ringtones sold seems to be the new benchmark for success.
That kind of thing gets a lot of attention now on music TV and radio programs.
As a music fan I can understand.
When I go to the CD store, half the time they don't have what I'm looking for,
and I end up getting yet from amazon, anyway.
I wonder what other music lovers do.
Meanwhile, I'm trying to figure out what I want to do as a band leader.
It seems like there's never been a better time to get closer to our fans.
And now there's nothing holding me back.
Our producer Mr.SAKUMA, who's been doing this a lot longer than we have, has no problem at all
writing a good song before going to bed, and throwing it up onto his Twitter site
before his head touches the pillow.
How cool is that!
That's the kind of thing going through my head right now,and I'm confident we can make those ideas a reality.
